How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed and printed within 2–7 business days through our print-on-demand partner. After fulfillment, US orders typically take 7–14 business days, while international orders typically take 14–30 business days. During high-demand periods or peak seasons, total delivery time may exceed 30 days.

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Contact us within 2 days of delivery at contact@sleepycreekserpent.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Approved claims may receive a replacement or refund, and damaged items do not need to be returned.

Can I return or exchange an item?

All products are made to order and all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for incorrect sizing, color preference, buyer’s remorse, or other change-of-mind reasons. Please review the product details and sizing information before ordering.

What sizes do you offer?

All apparel uses a unisex fit, made to be an easy everyday cut for everyone. For a relaxed, true-to-size feel, choose your usual size. Size down if you prefer a closer fit, or size up for a roomier, oversized look.
