All Sleepy Creek Serpent products are made to order and shipped directly from our print provider.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and printed within 2–7 business days after purchase. During high-demand periods, processing may take longer.
Shipping Time
- US orders: typically 7–14 business days after fulfillment
- International orders: typically 14–30 business days after fulfillment
During peak seasons, high order volume, or increased demand, total delivery time from order to arrival may exceed 30 days. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping Costs and Tracking
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Carrier Delays and Lost Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.
